I’ve been absolutely loving the @thinkladder app lately! it’s free to download & 100% a game changer.
with it’s journal prompts, daily reminders to your phone, & gratitude practices, it helps you to re-write the limiting beliefs you’ve declared as an absolute for yourself. it challenges you to view this belief with a new lens 🙇🏼♀️
they have a ton of themes to choose from like start ups/entrepreneurs, loneliness, perfectionism, comparing yourself to others, anger, body image, compassion fatigue and sooo many more. personally perfectionism is something I’m working through, realizing there really is no such thing as a mistake and doing my best to remove “should” from my vocabulary. the daily audio reminders have been huuuge for my perspective shift!
