We are Thankful that we will remain open. We have been given the go ahead from Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, Naturopathic and Acupuncture Colleges of Ontario to continue regular care.

Our team of registered health professionals are strong believers in educating individuals on their symptoms while facilitating self education to assist our patients to grow and thrive in all parts of their lives.

🏥The Ministry of Health announced that non-essential services can begin reopening effective immediately, with protocols in place.


🚪As of Monday June 1st, Physiotemple Health will be open and providing Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, Naturopathic and Acupuncture services for patients who have undergone specific screening protocols. Please note we will still be providing virtual care and have made changes to the clinic including hybrid treatment and virtual rooms to provide the upmost care and service to our patients at our clinic and home. 🧤We have made many changes to our procedures which include the following: ✔Limiting the number of people in the clinic to just the practioners and patients. Our office staff will currently be working from home
✔No waiting room
✔ contactless payments
✔direct billing to insurance companies
✔plexiglass glass and markers for distancing, limiting practioners schedules to allow proper sanitization
✔ treatment is provided one-on-one in a individual private room setting.

Weak abdominal muscles can lead to poor posture, altered biomechanics and low back pain. Daily activities such as bending, twisting, lifting, sitting, standing, housework, playing sports, walking and running all require core strength and endurance.
