🍟Take 2 raw nendran banana. Trim the edges. Peel the skin and immerse in water till use.
🍟 Mix 1 tsp salt with 1 tsp turmeric powder. Add water and mix well.
🍟 Heat cooking oil or coconut oil. Slice the chips over the hot oil.
🍟 Keep mixing and tossing till bubbles cease by 50%
🍟 Lower the flame. Sprinkle the salt water over the chips and mix well.
🍟 Mix well and cook till bubbles stop completely. Remove and drain the oil.
🍟 Cool down and store in a box. Enjoy.
For best results, choose green colored, hard raw nendran banana. Do not use soft or ripe ones.
You can follow the same procedure for raw banana as well. Turmeric powder is optional for raw banana.
