I have been think through the morning if I should post this, but I was too shocked and insulted to
not say something. After reading the messages from this seller, my reefer friends suggested I should let other buyers know what they will be dealing with.
Here is what happened, I placed an 3D printing order with shroom_saver and paid on same day on June 26. I was told that it’ll take at lease 2 weeks for the printing to happen, so I messaged the seller on the 3rd week, July 17, to ask when will the order be shipped. The seller then said that the order was ready and PROMISE to ship the following Monday. I understood when the seller said he’s single family, that it took longer to print, I just wanted to be updated on the order.
I waited till Wednesday to ask for tracking info, no response. Then I started messaging the seller 3 more times for update, no response as well. The last message I sent to the seller was July 31, 1+ month from the purchase date, to confirm that I received the item and was happy with it. By that time I knew seller didn’t ship on the promised day or else it would not have taken 12 days for delivery.
This morning, which is two weeks later, I received a message from the seller complaining that I’ve been harassing him??!! He claims that I was being rude, impatient, abrasive and pressuring him to the point that he can’t even communicate with me. Is it inappropriate to follow up on the order after getting no responses on my request for tracking information? I am ok without tracking If the seller had better communication, I would not have to send messages begging for updates on the order I placed.
